Vendors offer a range of shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and same-day delivery (where applicable). Shipping methods and costs will be clearly outlined at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected vendor.

Processing Times

Order processing times vary by vendor and are typically between 1-3 business days. Vendors are required to update order statuses promptly to ensure timely tracking and delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the vendor, the customer’s location, and the chosen shipping method. Charges will be displayed during checkout. Some vendors may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount or during promotional periods.

Goodeals currently ships only within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the buyer should contact the vendor directly via the Goodeals platform. Vendors are required to assist with claims and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
